Introduction

A proposal for positive change

The proposals seek to revitalise the existing hotel and improve its facilities while making better use of the existing building.

The historical consultation material included proposals for a new rooftop restaurant and bar, a new main reception, improvements to the restaurant and buffet areas, and seventeen additional guest rooms.

The proposals are being developed with consideration for the character of the surrounding area, the operation of the existing hotel and the experience of the local community.
